This the VKR attachment has a specially shaped oversized back pad, arm pads, and handgrips to make ab, shoulder, and tricep exercises more comfortable.

It combines a Vertical Knee Raise and a Dip Station, allowing you to do knee raises, dips, and other upper body workouts easily.
